The Equipment Tab on the List Page shows key details like make, model, pictures, and ID. The Equipment Detail Page offers comprehensive info, including specs, pictures, videos, service updates, and actions for viewing service history or requesting service.
Request Service section lets users initiate a new service call, including equipment details, notes, and optional pictures. The Service History feature allows users to review all completed or ongoing services for equipment, organised by service date.
The Notification List keeps users informed about service progress for assigned sites, providing notifications for service creation, scheduling, in-progress status, and completion, which users can open for further details.
