Service Intervals
At Adaptalift, we follow a tailored servicing schedule based on either unit usage or time. We recommend servicing your equipment every 500 hours of operation or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Our standard service intervals align with manufacturer recommendations to maintain optimal performance.
For major service milestones—1,000 hours (12 months), 2,000 hours (2 years), and 4,000 hours (4 years)—we offer progressively more comprehensive services. These thorough checks ensure reliability and safety, with critical part replacements and in-depth inspections designed to keep your equipment running smoothly.

- Maintenance requests are scheduled approximately 2 weeks in advance to ensure enough time for the technician to obtain required parts, whilst giving customers ample notice to make any necessary arrangements to ensure equipment is made available when required. This is to minimise rescheduling and allows the ability for customers to suggest any changes to the booking if required.
- Servicing only. Any faults found will be recorded for further action. That action being internal further work or quoted works.
- Operators are to complete daily checks as per the operator’s manual this can lead to early detection of potential faults that can be rectified promptly when notified to avoid excessive downtime in the future. If you don’t schedule your machines maintenance, it will automatically schedule it for you.
